Tucson's Wildlife
T
here's just no telling what might show up in the Tucson Garden. In my own garden I've had passing desert tortoise, bobcats, box turtles, coyotes, hawks, snakes, numerous lizards, javelina, toads and even a horse or two. You just never know what you might see. You might also want to visit the Tucson Wildlife Center Web site for more animal photos and stories about local wildlife rescues. Once there, you'll have the opportunity to volunteer your time or money to the nonprofit organization.
